The National Film and Sound Archive of Australia approached Marisa Martin, creator of Tegan in 2013 to put the puppets and sets from the film into their main exhibition gallery. Marisa couldn't have been more delighted and honoured. It was a long-stay exhibition, and was in place for a few years for people to visit and see the sets and puppets in person! The film also plays within the exhibit. The exhibit was in place until 2014.

The exhibition included all the main character Puppets, including Tegan and Trent, the exterior house model set of Tegan's House, some props and storyboards and the full interior kitchen set from Tegan's home.
